Every rate is checked by our property expert against the official source before we mark it as checked. Rules and rates change, so always confirm with your bank, a lawyer and IGR Maharashtra before you pay.

Free for buyers. When you buy a new flat through us, the developer pays our fee. You pay the same price as buying directly.
